AI Studio

Prelaunch preview. AI Studio has not shipped yet. This guide documents how it will work so it is ready the day the feature goes live. Nothing here is available in the product today, and this page is intentionally unlinked.

AI Studio is a chat surface inside GetFluxly. Describe a lifecycle artifact in plain words and it drafts one for you, grounded in your own project: your real event names, your traits, your existing templates, and your brand. Or ask it to pull up something you have already built. It drafts only. It never activates an automation and never sends an email.

What it drafts

Tell AI Studio what you want and it returns a working draft, opened in the same builder you already use:

• Automations with triggers, waits, branches, and email steps.
• Segments as nested rules over your traits, profile fields, and event behavior.
• Email templates as visual blocks you can edit.
• Funnels with the steps and window you describe.

Every result is grounded in your project. Ask for a win-back flow and it references your real subscription_cancelled event, not a placeholder. On a brand new project with no events yet, it drafts from labeled, assumed events so you are productive on day one.

It sees your schema, not your customers

This is the line that matters, so it is worth stating plainly: it sees your schema, not your customers. Event names, trait keys, and structure go to the model. Profile data, customer PII, and raw event values do not. Example values for fields marked as PII are stripped before anything is sent, and no profile rows or raw event payloads ever leave the platform.

Drafts, then you approve

AI Studio never writes to your project on its own. The flow is always the same:

1. You describe what you want, or ask to change an open draft.
2. AI Studio returns a draft artifact on the canvas.
3. You review it, refine it in chat if you want, and click Save when it looks right.

Saving a draft runs the exact same validators as building it by hand, so a saved draft is as safe as anything you made yourself. Unknown variable references are rejected. Activation stays a human action: the AI never turns on an automation and never sends mail.

Token budget

AI Studio usage runs against one weekly token budget that scales with your audience: the more identified profiles your project has, the larger the budget.

Browsing what you already have (the browse commands below) does not call the model, so it never counts against your budget. A calm quota readout in the Studio header shows what you have left.

Slash commands

Type a request in plain words and AI Studio routes it for you, or use a command to be explicit.

Generate a new draft:

• /generate-automation
• /generate-segment
• /generate-template
• /generate-funnel

Browse what you already have, without calling the model. There is one browse command per artifact type (for example /show-automations); each lists your existing automations, segments, templates, or funnels so you can open one in the canvas.
